History

Our historic course was established in 1926 and has long been one of Louisville golfers' favorites.  Since then it has grown into a mature venue featuring 18 holes of championship golf and a 3 hole junior course.  The wooded surroundings and Ohio River back drop will make your round scenic and enjoyable. 

The flat terrain makes it comfortable to walk and leisurely to ride.  Shawnee is known as the course where golfers "Score Thier Best."  The par 70 layout provides unique scoring opportunities and challenges as you weave along the Ohio River and beneath the Sherman Minton Bridge.
